TERMS OF SERVICE

How I work:- Commissions are open through the year. I am likely always open. I do not use forms; I prefer to have direct communication with my clients via private messages in different platforms.- I work from Monday to Friday, except each last week of each month (this is to avoid burn out, and focus on my studies and personal life). However you can always message me about commissions, updates, turn around time, etc.- Queue list is announced and updated each week through my Telegram channel.When commissioning me:- I reserve the right of posting the artwork (and WIP images) commissioned from me to my own galleries and social media profiles. However, if the client wants to keep the artwork private I'll not post it neither show it anywhere without the commissioner's permission.- Feel free to be as exhaustive as you consider necessary when describing details for the commission. I can also work with artistic freedom.- I reserve the right to decline and cancel orders for any reason, and/or refusing to work for a client at all.- Work phases: First of, contact me to talk about the commission. After agreeing on what to do, I'll do a sketch for you to check how's the artwork going. If you like it, I'll proceed to make a finished piece of it.- Turn around time: For all commissions, the turn around time is usually within a month, so please be patient. Depending on life events and the complexity of the inquiry, it can take significantly less or more to finish. You can however pay a rush fee if desired, but I reserve the right to refuse if anything else is stopping me to partake on deadlines.
- If you're curious about any commission advances, you can ask me directly for updates.- Payment: Payment is upfront. I may accept payment in parts if the price is particularly high. The payment method is only via PayPal (I send invoices), and MercadoPago (only for Argentina).- Refunds: In case I cancel your commission, or you decide to, I'll refund you partially or half of the money depending on how much I've progressed.- Once I've get the work all done, you'll receive an archive of the full resolution image, through e-mail or Telegram, or whichever media you're comfortable with.When the artwork is finished, you're allowed to:- Post it un your own galleries/profiles, with the proper credit to it.
- Crop it, or manipulate it to for personal usage only (such as icons, banners, profile pictures, memes, etc).
- Make prints for personal usage only.You're not allowed to:- Use the artwork for profit, neither comercial porpouses, unless I've given you explicit permission to.
- Edit the artwork in fraudulent nature (claiming it as yours, tracing, etc)Things I do draw:- Furries, animals, humans, humanoids, monsters and fantasy creatures of any kind.
- Backgrounds, of any type.
- Some complex machinery and clothing (mechas, armors, robots, musical instruments. weapons, vehicles, and so on)Regarding NSFW artwork:
- Explicit NSFW is not my main focus as an artist, but I'm very likely to accept orders of this nature.
- Artistic nudity is always welcome.
- Suggestive themes and/or imagery are welcome.
- I may accept violence, horror and gore. Ask me!
- Ask me for fetishes. Again, I am inclined to accept, but I prefer to talk things out case by case.NSFW things I'll NOT draw:
- Anything involving body waste (scat, water sports, some strong odors, and so on)
- Sexualized real life animals and "feral" characters.
- Anything involving a fictional minor aged character, or heavely look-alike, neither work that involves someone underage (i.e. owner of a character that will engage in sexual content is underage, etc)Feel free to contact me and ask me about anything!

â—ˆ Each additional character in the artwork adds 50% of cost of the base price. The maximum of extra characters with discount is 3.
â—ˆ Complex character designs and patterns, and complex clothing, weaponary, gadget, and vehicular design will add 20% to 50% depending on complexity.
â—ˆ Complex backgrounds adds additional cost depending on complexity, starting at 100$USD.
â—ˆ There's no additional costs for simple backgrounds, neither anatomical features such as wings and horns/antlers, tusks, etc, unless they have a fairly complicated design.
â—ˆ I can design a character based on descriptions and/or visual references. This will add a cost depending on complexity.â—ˆ Rush fee: Keep in mind that the usual turn around time is within a month. If you want me to prioretize your drawing and having it sooner, if that's possible for me, that will add 20% to 50% of additional price depending on the complexitiy of the work.

Staring at 120$USD to 160$ the basic sheet, the price varies depending on design complexity. The basic reference has both 3/4 front and back views of the character, basic information such as name, age, species, gender, etc, and the base color pallete. Additional details and features will be charged as additional costs.Examples:
